Brown Rice

Ingredients:

2 1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup brown rice


Directions:

Bring water, salt and butter to a boil. Add rice. Cover and turn heat to medium low (one notch below medium). Simmer 50 minutes. Serve.
