Donna’s Winter Sunday Roast

Ingredients:
One 3 lb or larger frozen roast, either beef or pork
1/2 cup soy sauce
Directions:
Place frozen roast baking dish, pour soy sauce over roast, and cover tightly with a lid. Bake at 275 degrees for 6 hours. Shred roast and serve with rice or mashed potaoes.
Note: Rule of thumb- 1/4 lb per person
