Sweet Orange Pork Medalions


Freshly squeezed juice of one sweet navel orange
1-2 T. honey
1 t. rosemary (more if you like)
6 frozen pork medallions (you can substitute any pork chops or pork steak)


Place pork slices in baking dish. Brush with orange juicde mixture. Sprinkle with rosemary. Cover with foil or lid. Bake at 375 degrees for one hour. Remove lid last 20 minutes, turn pork the last 5 minutes. Serve with wild rice pilaf.
