Ingredients:
8-10 Frozen Chicken Legs
1 Cup Jasmine Rice
1 10.5 oz Can Cream of Chicken
Directions:
Place in a fry pan and add 3/4 cup water. sprinkle Season Salt of chicken. Put lid on a cook 30 minutes on medium heat. Check and turn chicken so it does not burn. Place 1 cup Jasmine rice in the bottom of a lidded 4 quart baking dish. Place chicken pieces on rice. Mix drippings and water to make 1 1/2 cup liquid. combine with can of cream of chicken., and mix thoroughly. Pour liquid over chicken and rice. Sprinkle with Season Salt. Cover with a lid. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees or until chicken is tender. Enjoy!
