4 tablespoons of SACO buttermilk powder
1 cup fresh ground whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Stir dry ingredients together
Beat eggs, water, and oil together.
Combine dry and liquid ingredients, beat JUST until batter is smooth--DO NOT OVER BEAT.
Spoon onto hot greased griddle. When bubbles appear on top, its time to flip.
Makes about 10 four inch hardy pancakes.
