Makes 1 cup
Ingredients:
1/2 cup salad oil
3 tablespoons raspberry vinegar
1 tablespoon raspberry jam or preserves (I bottled my own but you can use store bought)
1 tablespoon minced shallots
1/2 tablespoon Dijon Mustard (I sometimes use honey mustard)
a few fresh raspberries (I sometimes use frozen)

Whisk together and serve over spinach or romaine salad (or any mixed green salad)
